These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the A5 Journal mobile application (“App”) operated by ThinkFULL Holdings Inc. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

A5 Journal provides structured, time-stamped documentation tools designed to help users record events, maintain logs, and store supporting information. The App allows users to create entries and attach supporting materials such as photos or documents. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

If you create an account to use the App, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Immutable Entries

A5 Journal is designed to create time-stamped records. Certain entries may be designed to be immutable once recorded. By using the App, you acknowledge that once an entry is finalized it may not be editable. You are responsible for reviewing your entries before submitting them.

4. Subscription Access

Some features of A5 Journal may require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the respective platform’s billing terms. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date through your device’s subscription settings. Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the App or submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if these Terms are violated or if the App is used in a manner that may cause harm to the service or other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ThinkFULL Holdings Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for any data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
