Your A5 Journey
Getting started is simple.
Choose the membership that suits you, create your A5 Journal account, and begin making your space your own.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial with an Individual membership, giving you time to explore A5 and discover how it fits into your everyday life.
You can subscribe through the A5 web app, the Apple App Store on iPhone, or Google Play on Android. Subscription options and trial eligibility may vary by platform.
Your journals are yours to keep.
Your A5 Journal subscription gives you access to the tools for creating new entries, organizing your journals, setting reminders, completing forms, and sharing through the Mailroom.
If your subscription ends, your existing records remain available to read and export as JPEG, PNG, or PDF. You simply need an active subscription or trial to continue creating new content and using subscription features.
What if you decide to delete your account?
If you decide A5 Journal is no longer for you, you can request account deletion through the app.
Before deleting your account, we recommend exporting any journals or records you'd like to keep. Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your A5 account and associated journal data, subject to any legally required retention.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it through the App Store, Google Play, or the web app, wherever you subscribed.

Questions before you subscribe
Where does the 7-day free trial start?
Your free trial begins when you select an eligible Individual subscription through A5 Journal. Choose Start Your 7-Day Free Trial to get started with the web app, or subscribe through the A5 Journal app on your preferred device. Trial availability depends on your platform and eligibility.
Which plan includes the trial?
The 7-day free trial is offered with eligible Individual memberships. Family, Business, and Business+ memberships do not currently include the same introductory trial. Trial availability and eligibility may vary depending on where you subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
The subscription continues at the price shown for that plan in the app, unless it is cancelled before the trial ends. Cancellation is handled in the same place the subscription was bought.
Can I still export if I am not subscribed?
Yes. Records you already keep can be exported as a JPEG, PNG, or PDF without an active subscription. Writing a new entry, completing a form, setting a reminder, and sharing with other members require an active trial or subscription.
